Painted Dance Skirt - Spinning

This skirt uses an old pair of pants as a yoke. to that is attached a double layer circle skirt in polyester crepe. Painted flowers have been added for decoration.

This skirt was made in less that 24 hours to wear to a contra dance. how it would move while dancing was the primary concern.
